Job Summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Day Treatment programs. This individual will provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of behavioral health staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical interventions to individuals, groups, and families within the day treatment program, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure compliance with all service, administrative, and operational standards and regulations for the program area, including ODMH and COA guidelines.
  • Staff Development: Provide regular supervision and training to direct reports, promoting excellence in clinical practice and a culture of ethical behavior.
  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the day treatment program, including staff scheduling, client charting, and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all documentation, track administrative responsibilities, and promote effective provider performance and quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Three years of post-graduate experience and State of Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) required. Clinical Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to vulnerable populations.
