The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those who may require extra care. If you're patient, reliable, and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assisting people with their personal hygiene
  • Helping individuals who may require extra care due to behavioral challenges or other complex needs

What You'll Bring to Sevita
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable behavior
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive pay on demand, a full benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match. Estimated Salary: $17-$18.40 per hour depending on qualifications and location.
