Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technology Support Associate to join our team at Regal Professional Services. As a Technology Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the local engineering team and working with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify, maintain, or repair electronics equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning
  • Replace defective components or parts, using hand tools and precision instruments
  • Perform software updates on some required equipment
  • Work side by side with the local engineering team performing lite repairs
  • Maintain system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment
  • Assemble and set up new test equipment
  • Support local branch on technical requirements
  • Support operations with troubleshooting of test equipment
  • Other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on direction from multiple departments
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with a diverse population, including all levels of management
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform simple troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with computers and testers

Estimated Salary: $38,000/year ($19/hour x 40 hours/week) based on a 40-hour workweek.
