Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents
  • Supervise activities performed by nursing assistants
  • Chart and maintain documentation for residents
  • Prepare and administer medications
  • Develop and maintain a positive working rapport with team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least one year experience in long term care
