Vaco, a leading provider of professional staffing and consulting services, is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join its team. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Pricing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies and processes that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Competitor Pricing Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitor pricing and market trends to inform pricing strategies and drive profitability.
  • Price Adjustment and Realization: Establish and manage processes for periodic price adjustments and drive price realization.
  • Deal Desk Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies for key accounts and contracts.
  • Price Performance Analysis: Develop and manage data and analytics to provide regular reporting on price performance, trends, and variances.
  • Win/Loss Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze pricing actions and outcomes, and provide recommendations for pricing strategy to drive ongoing growth and margin enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a financial-related discipline, MBA preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI, with the ability to manage and interpret large amounts of data.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand principles of GAAP accounting and perform reconciliations.
