Job Summary:

The Stockroom Area Supervisor is a key member of our Store Leadership team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific area of the store. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and associates.
  • Supervise and train retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing merchandise.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization of stockrooms and sales floors.

Requirements:
