In this role, you will be responsible for guiding teams through the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless project delivery across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer science, or project/program management, with at least 4-6 years of experience in project management, including 3+ years leading technology projects and 2+ years supporting IT systems implementations.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 annually, plus an annual bonus and equity incentive plan based on individual and company performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with a matching company contribution.
