Position Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor at ARI Apartment Management, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated maintenance team to uphold the quality and value of our properties. Your role will involve managing preventative maintenance, addressing service requests, and preparing units for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance personnel

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance
