About the Role

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Promote open communication among team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Business Management: Collaborate with the General Manager to drive restaurant profitability, managing food and labor costs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • People Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all crew members are equipped to deliver exceptional service and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Project Support: Support the General Manager in executing local marketing plans, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented and our message is effectively communicated.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
  • Ability to align team members with Raising Cane's culture by balancing hard work and having fun
  • Ability to manage basic tasks, restaurant operations, and fiscal management
  • Takes initiative
  • Has excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
  • Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • New Restaurant opening experience a plus
  • 3 years restaurant or retail management preferred
