Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a

Asset Reliability Coordinator

to report to the Factory Technical Manager.

This role is based in a manufacturing facility and primarily involves leading the planning activities to organize, coordinate, and execute all necessary resources to support the asset reliability maintenance program.

This is an exempt position reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the implementation, execution, and continuous enhancement of maintenance standards for the facility to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with all internal and external regulations.

Collaborate with Factory Technical and Operations Teams to optimize and revise the Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans for all machinery, including condition and time-based maintenance, to meet reliability targets using the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Lead, educate, and mentor the implementation and ongoing improvement of BlueTriton’s Guiding Principles for Preventive Maintenance to assist the factory in achieving maintenance plan execution.

Provide planning and execution support related to asset reliability for maintenance or project-related downtime events exceeding 8 hours, conduct breakdown analysis for all incidents lasting over 24 hours, manage lubrication programs, and oversee machine or component obsolescence.

Facilitate the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) meetings at the facility. Gather inputs from factory technical teams to ensure adequate planning of work orders. Implement the standard BTB agenda and closely monitor effectiveness.
Act as the Factory SAP CMMS super user responsible for understanding


program management and updating weekly and monthly reports of all critical maintenance KPIs, including but not limited to; PM % Completion, WO Backlog, ZBB Manage to the month, Statutory and Critical Maintenance activities.

Lead the Annual Zero Based Maintenance budgeting process for the facility, including routine and non-routine maintenance capital expenditure submissions.


Ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities for analysis, justification, fund requests, factory implementation plans, reporting, and tracking of reliability-centered maintenance plans for all manufacturing equipment.

Support the factory’s Technical Competency building program by maintaining a database of training materials provided by the Asset Reliability Team.

This includes but is not limited to SOPs, VWIs, OPLs, and instructional videos for all maintenance, safety, and environmental-related activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Responsible for supporting Factory, Innovation, and Engineering escalations both proactively and reactively to foster Development of Self and Associates through Coaching, Training, and Feedback.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED – Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals, catalogs, and SOPs.
Experience across various business functions with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Maintenance and technical leadership experience within high-speed packaging, ideally in beverage, food, or other clean manufacturing sectors.
Proven ability to deliver results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies (LEAN, DMAIC, 5 Why, BDA, TPM).
Advanced hands-on knowledge of AMM / CMMS systems (SAP Required).
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with large groups, both in person and virtually.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
Capable of conducting complex data analysis and communicating findings in layman's terms.
Self-motivated and able to manage time independently.
