Job Overview

Position: Structural Aluminum Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Structural Aluminum Welder/Fabricator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in the structural steel sector and 2 years in aluminum fabrication.
  • Execute multi-pass welding in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
  • Utilize welding techniques such as SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW to join metal components as per specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and templates to complete layouts accurately.
  • Prepare surfaces for welding by ensuring cleanliness and removing any contaminants.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, selecting appropriate electrodes based on the materials involved.
  • Conduct grinding and joint preparation for non-destructive testing processes.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate reliability in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $42,250.00 to $52,000.00 annually, based on a standard 40-hour work week with opportunities for additional hours. Benefits include 401k with company matching, healthcare, paid time off, and vacation.
