Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Velocity Solutions. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in asphalt construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
