About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Leader to join our team at Relativity Space. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electrical solutions for various projects. You will collaborate with internal technical teams to define electrical requirements and create cutting-edge designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical solutions for various projects
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to define electrical requirements
  • Develop conceptual designs for electrical infrastructure
  • Oversee the construction activities and subcontractor management for electrical projects
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing electrical distribution systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related engineering field
  • 5+ years of experience working with electrical systems, encompassing analysis, design, field experience, project management, and project execution
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical distribution design, including designing and interpreting technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and modeling applications
  • 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining low-voltage power systems
  • Industry experience with construction bid solicitation, contractor selection, construction management, field superintendent, permitting, and QA/QC
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Aerospace or Commercial Construction industry
  • Experience in the design and operation of launch or test stand infrastructure
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Industry experience scaling/building and managing teams
  • Experience in commissioning, operating, and maintaining low-voltage power systems
  • Possession of a Professional Engineering License (PE)
