We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Friendship Retirement Community in Salem, VA.
About the Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and preparing electronic documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor medical services for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Virginia or eligibility to sit for boards in the state of Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
