About the Job:
Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Helping residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities

Requirements:
Valid LPN state license
Ability to work as a team member
Must be in good standing with the state registry
