**About the Role**
">We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our Corporate Solutions team. As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of applications for the iOS platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, and ensure that our mobile offerings remain cutting-edge.
You'll have extensive experience in mobile app development, specifically iOS, with proven experience in Swift, Objective-C, React Native, and Kotlin. You'll also have a solid understanding of Cocoa Touch, Core Data, UIKit, Flutter, and Core Foundation.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and clients. You'll also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Salary: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $159,000 - $254,000 USD in Atlanta, Georgia.

- Ensure that our mobile offerings remain cutting-edge by staying updated on the latest iOS technologies and trends.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to uphold code quality and project goals.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in mobile app development, specifically iOS, with proven experience in Swift, Objective-C, React Native, and Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of Cocoa Touch, Core Data, UIKit, Flutter, and Core Foundation.
- Experience deploying iOS apps/SDKs and working with RESTful APIs for backend integration.
- Deep familiarity with encryption standards, mobile security models, and emerging iOS technologies.
- Strong background in Agile development and code versioning tools like Git and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of design thinking tools like Figma and Apple's interface guidelines for UI/UX excellence.
- Proven ability to manage the full mobile development lifecycle, optimize performance, and solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
