As an iOS Engineer Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality iOS applications that meet our customers' evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of iOS applications, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, complex issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure code robustness and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Develop and maintain iOS libraries, frameworks, and reusable components
  • Drive code reviews, establish coding standards, and foster a collaborative and efficient team environment
  • Support the entire application lifecycle: from design and testing to release and post-launch maintenance
  • Stay updated on the latest iOS technologies and trends, recommending enhancements to keep our mobile offerings cutting-edge
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to uphold code quality and project goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in mobile app development, specifically iOS, with proven expertise in Swift, Objective-C, React Native, and Kotlin
  • Experience in secure software development and iOS application architecture
  • Solid understanding of Cocoa Touch, Core Data, UIKit, Flutter, and Core Foundation
  • Experience deploying iOS apps/SDKs and working with RESTful APIs for backend integration
  • Deep familiarity with encryption standards, mobile security models, and emerging iOS technologies
  • Strong background in Agile development and code versioning tools like Git and Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of design thinking tools like Figma and Apple's interface guidelines for UI/UX excellence
  • Proven ability to manage the full mobile development lifecycle, optimize performance, and solve complex technical challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
