Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have an amazing shopping experience.
  • Support the store leadership team in daily operations, including sales floor coverage and leadership support.
  • Train new recruits and ensure their success, leveraging your fandom knowledge and expertise.
  • Work the register, process sales transactions, and drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
  • Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
  • Support the maintenance of the stock room and store tidiness.
  • Help develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of retail store experience.
  • Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team.
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
