The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Physician to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. As a key member of our outpatient practice, you'll work closely with our medical director to drive care delivery and practice innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to rediscover the joy of practice in a value-based care environment, surrounded by a talented team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide best-in-class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
- Partner with our care team to leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population
- Enjoy weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases
- A state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model
- Leadership that values your input and understands the importance of work-life balance
- A fast-paced, fresh-thinking, high-growth company building a better model of healthcare delivery
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
