The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Physician to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. As a member of our outpatient practice, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our medical director and contribute to the development of innovative care models. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Partner with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care and maximize impact on the population
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss challenging cases and share best practices
- Contribute to the development of innovative care models and quality improvement initiatives
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively
- Board Certification
