  • Special Functions: Provide supervision for special functions, such as events and parties, and ensure a high level of service is maintained.
  • Manager on Duty: Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities when assigned, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
  • Safety and Compliance: Take ownership of associate and resident safety, ensuring a safe and alert working environment.
  • Medication Disclosure: Disclose any medication that may impair the ability to perform the job safely or competently.
