Qualifications:
* Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
* One year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home care setting
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex patient cases
