Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55 per revisit, $165 per start of care, and $25 an hour for educational and office time. This compensation package is highly competitive and reflects the importance of physical therapy services in home care settings.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Home Care-Chautauqua-Jamestown. As a Physical Therapist with Kaleida Health, you will plan, implement, render, and evaluate physical therapy services in the home care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy and one year of experience in Physical Therapy. You must also be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in NYS and possess a valid NYS driver's license.
