Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for adhering to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and executing manufacturing protocols such as Batch Records and Standard Operating Procedures. Your primary focus will be on the formulation, processing, and analysis of chemical blends, ensuring that quality products are released in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute in-process tests and related activities to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
  • Compile and analyze testing data, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of lot-controlled ingredients.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of standard operating procedures, batch records, and raw material specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment, including laboratory benches and designated areas.
  • Conduct incoming raw material testing as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality formulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Reagent Preparation
  • Experienced in Buffer Preparation
  • Knowledgeable in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
