Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of BCBAs, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality client experiences
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to inform program development and improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in clinical services
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BCBA, with a strong background in clinical leadership and program development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
