We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, and actively recruiting independent contractor professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passionately recruit, source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  • Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating Contractor credentials prior to placement.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience in recruiting, healthcare or education call center or telemarketing and customer service industry.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in recruiting, scheduling or customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare, Education, Human Services or related industries (preferred).
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
  • Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
