As a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and drive business growth.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This dynamic role requires a highly motivated individual who can build lasting relationships and drive results-driven sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating referrals for home health care by building relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, and other community resources.
  • Conducting market analysis and developing sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales activity and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting business development activities and establishing strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care.
  • Formal sales training.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
What We Offer:
  • A base salary of $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
  • A commission opportunity available monthly.
