Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

This Senior Rehabilitation Nurse position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a reputable University Hospital in the heart of Louisville, KY. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Utilize advanced equipment and technology to provide safe and effective patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in rehabilitation nursing
  • Tracheostomy Care and G-Tube experience required
  • Proficiency in Med Surg and ability to work with various equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
