We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.

About the Role
The Senior Living Companion will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication assistance and escorting residents within the building and outside as needed. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar fields.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide medication assistance and administer medications as directed by licensed nurses
* Escort residents within the building and outside as needed
* Assist with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards
* Participate in the planning and execution of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
