About the Role

AtWork Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Kent, OH. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, precision tooling used in our company's family of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Perform basic set-ups and operate machine shop equipment as designated by the machine shop supervisor
  • Use the most effective and efficient methods to operate each machine
  • Set the correct machining parameters for the use of each cutting tool
  • Dimensionally and visually inspect the product to assure the product meets all print and customer requirements
  • Enter data in a database
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Strong adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
Work Schedule

2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Compensation

$17-23/hr, weekly pay
