Orthopedic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Unit at Intermountain Health. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic and surgical conditions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in orthopedic or surgical nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
