Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Unit at Intermountain Health. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic and surgical conditions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in orthopedic or surgical nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
