The role of Staff Product Designer, Growth at Coatue Management L.L.C. is a key position in driving design innovation and building robust digital experiences for millions of users worldwide. This fast-paced, high-impact role requires systemic thinking and close collaboration with product teams to ensure the success of our big bets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the visioning, strategy, and execution of digital design initiatives, ensuring they align with Coatue Management L.L.C.'s goals and user expectations.
  • Conduct deep dives into the needs of diverse user bases, identifying unique challenges and opportunities for design innovation.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
