Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product to own the product and translate business requirements into well-defined product requirements. The ideal candidate will define and design the product roadmap to achieve the company's business goals by solving complex customer needs on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the product roadmap for core products and own the strategy for all new products and features.
  • Lead product strategy by harnessing collective knowledge of stakeholders and develop detailed requirements and features that are cost-effective and confirm business requirements.
  • Scope out specific prospect/customer feedback and analyze usage data/patterns to validate business requirements and detail user stories.
  • Explore new ways of improving existing services and products.
  • Help the team define best KPIs while managing support with key stakeholders on managing system and process changes.
  • Analyze and share frequent feedback after providing new features in production. Consolidate information to assist in developing solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
  • Own product strategy and manage Integrations roadmap while considering cross-functional topics. Assist in creating acceptance criteria and test structures for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
  • Coordinate product releases with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Development teams to be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduce cost and time impacts.
  • Study competitors' services and products.
  • Be subject matter expert of products, deeply understand requirements and benefits, and effectively communicate with others-including colleagues and executives on the business side of the organization.
  • Keen experience of being a leader in Customer Facing engagement with external stakeholders, build collaborative external relationships with main stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2C SaaS Product Management.
  • Experience with managing 8-10 immediate direct reports of Product Managers and provide support and guidance to grow their skills.
  • Software Development experience / highly technical.
  • Experience leading/mentoring PM teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS product design and growth strategies.
  • Mix of entrepreneurial and large enterprise experience with the ability to define products in an emerging space.
  • Skillset and Interest to seamlessly move from C-Level Strategy to team level detailed execution.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, manage projects, drive, and get things done in a startup environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging Big Data, Machine Learning (ML)/AI, and Internet of Things (IoT) in product development.
  • Experience in integrating cutting-edge technologies into product offerings to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Preferred experience of Automotive OEM workflows and systems.
