Principal Engineer

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing capital projects from conception to handover and closure, managing contractors, and working with engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all tasks based on the responsibilities for project phases (Concept, Planning, Design, Implementation, and Post-Implementation).
  • Provide technical support for engineering projects, including equipment design and development, capital project execution, manufacturing technical support, new product introduction, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conceive, plan, and implement solutions of considerable novelty and importance, and develop and evaluate plans for solving unique and complex engineering problems.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Prepare or approve technical memos, reports, analyze and summarize data, and recommend conclusions based on engineering/technical rationale.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in Engineering required.
  • 8+ years of experience with a pharmaceutical or consumer products company is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in engineering, technical, and/or operations experience is required.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and Good Documentation Practices is required.
  • Experience working in FDA/cGMP compliance environment preferred.
