Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team in Cherokee Village. As a key member of our service delivery system, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments on behalf of therapists, running reports in internet sites as well as Microsoft Excel, and providing information directly to current and potential clients of Arisa Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records
  • Accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a related field
