About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative position is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional support to internal and external customers at Summit Fire & Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, welcoming and directing them to the correct departments or personnel as needed.
  • Process and disseminate faxes, manage COD accounts, and communicate pertinent information to the field personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Billing department, Accounting, and other front-end Administration to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  • Support Human Resources with onsite protocols, including payroll preparation and orientation documentation.
  • Utilize organization systems to assist team members with functionality and act as the local SME.
  • Process Certificates of Insurance (COI), process additionally insured requests, and manage customer payments.
  • Perform collection responsibilities, maintain office cleanliness, and schedule technicians to maximize work efficiency.
