Key Responsibilities- Support the installation process by performing tasks such as cutting, burning, drilling, bolting, and welding various metals in accordance with product specifications.
- Ensure all material cuts are meticulously de-burred and cleaned, with welds demonstrating proper material melt flow and achieving a high-quality finish.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts both individually and as part of a team, enhancing the overall efficiency of the department and organization.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Promptly report any unsafe acts or conditions to management for immediate corrective action.
- Implement 5-S practices within the designated work area, ensuring tools are returned to their proper locations and the workspace is kept clean and organized.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational safety; lock out any unsafe equipment and notify a supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
