Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, on your feet
- Comfortable working around blood and needles; willingness to train and work across multiple facilities
