We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Renal Care Specialist to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, on your feet
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles; willingness to train and work across multiple facilities
