Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of powersport vehicles including motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, and jet skis.
- Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer-owned and dealer-owned vehicles while adhering to the designated timeframes.
- Complete repair tasks within the scheduled time whenever feasible.
- Strive to maintain productivity levels close to 100%.
- Execute service, repair, and customization tasks in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Assist the Service Writer with work order documentation, customer communication, test rides, and any other tasks that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promptly inform the Service Writer/Manager of any additional work required or delays in completion to ensure timely customer updates.
- Accurately clock in and out of repair orders.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record, with the ability to test drive customer vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications.
- 2-3+ years of verifiable experience as a motorcycle/powersports technician.
- Preferred: Master Certifications or A/B level certifications.
- Possess a comprehensive set of tools.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
