About the Role

Air Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Service Projects team. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping, with a passion for unique designs, projects, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients
  • Meet established sales and profit goals
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clients
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot problems associated with projects
  • Provide advice to clients
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Provide estimates and proposals to clients
  • Provide direction for projects
  • Purchase materials and equipment as needed
  • Obtain all necessary permits
  • Maintain control of project costs
Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 5-7 Years experience as a Project Manager in industry
  • Proficient on MS Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Well-developed sales process and sales skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Developed presentation skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
