  • Formulate and uphold project plans, timelines, and financial estimates.
  • Analyze and implement relevant construction regulations, including the NEC, to guarantee adherence to electrical safety protocols.
  • Supervise the installation of electrical systems, encompassing wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical designs and installations align with project specifications.
  • Conduct site assessments to review and assess the quality of electrical installations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of electrical materials and labor.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • Work in conjunction with the construction team to ensure seamless integration of electrical installations into the overall project.
  • Develop and manage a project management system, utilizing software such as ProCore, to monitor project progress and keep all stakeholders updated.
  • Ensure that all electrical projects are completed within the established budget and timeframe.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in electrical management and project oversight.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant construction regulations, including the NEC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project demands.
  • Background in electrical construction and installation methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all electrical work meets industry standards.
  • No formal degree required.

Compensation:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually
