About the Network Protection Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Protection Specialist to join our team at Ross. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure network solutions that protect our information and assets.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions that meet the company's business needs.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. They will also have experience in leading complex projects, managing teams, and communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure network architectures that meet the company's business needs
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Implement security controls and monitor their effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on network architecture and design
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
  • Experience in leading complex projects and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $136,800 - $233,700, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
