Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, daily staffing levels, payroll, inventory, and bar/beverage stock orders to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with culinary and other departments to plan and coordinate banquet events and restaurant operations.
  • Maintain awareness of accident prevention, safety, and fire prevention protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to inform management decisions and improve workplace efficiency.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve restaurant efficiency, quality, and guest experience through innovative methods, techniques, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience and proficiency in point of sale software and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel) are highly desirable.
