Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
