Position: HVAC Technician/Comfort Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems while guiding customers to make informed purchasing decisions through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
  • Ensure cleanliness of your company vehicle, both inside and out.
  • Keep your vehicle's inventory current.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Engage in training opportunities to foster professional growth.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications, with support from the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensed with a solid understanding of local HVAC regulations and practical application.
  • Demonstrated experience with heating and cooling systems, including the ability to interpret diagrams and blueprints.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training, aiming for NATE certification.
  • Clean driving record that meets insurance requirements, with no more than three incidents in three years.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High integrity and strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships.
  • A desire to improve as a technician continuously.
  • A competitive spirit, both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
