Your Primary Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems while guiding customers towards informed purchasing decisions through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Maintaining communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
  • Keeping your company vehicle clean and organized.
  • Ensuring your vehicle inventory is current.
  • Accurately completing all necessary paperwork.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Possessing and upholding a clean driving record.
  • Engaging in training programs to enhance your professional skills.
  • Obtaining necessary certifications, with support provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensed with a solid understanding of local HVAC regulations and practical application skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with heating and cooling systems, including the ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training for NATE certification.
  • Clean driving record, meeting insurance company standards with no more than three incidents in three years.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High integrity with advanced interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • A genuine desire to improve as a technician continuously.
  • A competitive spirit that thrives in a team environment.
