US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk, Compliance & Integrity organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company meets compliance needs and enables our businesses to innovate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning, readiness, and audit execution phases, including scoping, risk assessment, and preparation of documentation.
  • Assess and advise stakeholders on compliance risks, controls, and issues identified during audits.
  • Coordinate and manage processes to address auditor's inquiries, activities, and requests effectively and timely.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to stakeholders across the company.
Requirements:
  • Domain Expertise: Experience with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices (e.g., AICPA Trust Principles (SOC 1/2/3), ISO 27000 series, PCI DSS, SOX).
  • Critical Thinking: Questions assumptions, various perspectives, and uses logic and reasoning to reach well-informed conclusions.
  • Communicates Effectively: Communicates clearly, confidently, and authentically in oral and written forms.
Education:

Bachelor's degree
