Job Title: RN House Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN House Supervisor to join our team at Munson Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including charge nurses and unit managers
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
* Monitor and evaluate staffing patterns and make recommendations for improvement
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
* BSN required; MSN preferred
* Minimum of 5 years experience in an acute care setting
* Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

* Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
* May be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
* May be required to travel to other facilities or locations
