We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Affordable Dentures & Implants. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our dentists and lab professionals.
Responsibilities- Set up and break down treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Take and develop x-rays, take impressions, and provide post-op instructions and care to patients.
- Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and discuss treatment and financial arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry and communication with patients and insurance companies.
- Active DA and X-ray certification.
- Experience in dental front office responsibilities, oral surgery, and taking impressions for prosthetics.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
