Job Title: Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Manager to lead our laboratory operations at INX International Ink Co. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Job Summary

The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all technical and quality control activities of the branch, promoting effective use of all related personnel to achieve the highest quality. This includes evaluating, selecting, and applying standard scientific techniques, procedures, and criteria to existing product lines to discover cost reductions and/or new applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate all technical and quality control activities of the branch
  • Evaluate and apply standard scientific techniques, procedures, and criteria to existing product lines
  • Promote effective use of all related personnel to achieve the highest quality
  • Maintain open communications with all other departments within the branch
  • Assure that branch management and corporate R&D are aware of all major quality and technical issues
Requirements
  • 5 years of ink-related experience
  • 4-8 years of technical experience plus 2 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Understand basic manufacturing operations and the basic aspects of printing technologies
  • Demonstrate strong MS Excel working knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
